WAYS TO MAKE CUSTOM PROCESSING EASY

1.) BOOK YOUR BUTCHER DATE AT LEAST A YEAR IN ADVANCE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WANTING JUNE-NOVEMBER.

2.) IF YOU HAVING PEOPLE WHO HAVE PURCHASED A SHARE FROM YOU, HAVE THE LIST OF NAMES AND NUMBERS READY TO GIVE THE BUTCHER WHEN THEY COME TO HARVEST YOUR ANIMAL.


3.) IF WE DO NOT CALL YOU WITH WEIGHTS OF YOUR ANIMALS THE DAY WE HARVEST THEM, CALL THE OFFICE THE NEXT MORNING. SOMETIMES THE BUTCHER GETS BACK LATE OR IS WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS.


4.) HAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS CALL IN THIER CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS OR HAVE THEM PUT IT IN ONLINE PRIOR TO, THE DAY THE ANIMAL IS HARVESTED, OR WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. DO NOT WAIT FOR US TO CALL AS THERE ARE TIMES WE ARE TIED UP CALLING OR HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS.


5.) EXPLAIN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT IN THE EVENT THAT WE HAVE TRIED TO CALL AND NEVER RECIEVED A RETURN PHONE CALL THAT THEIR ORDER WILL BE THEN CUT A STANDARD CUT.

ALSO EXPLAIN THAT WHEN THEY ARE GIVEN A PICK UP DATE THAT IT NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO AVOID THE LATE FEE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

THERE WILL BE A $10 PER DAY HANG FEE FOR ANY HANG TIME AFTER 10 DAYS

THERE IS ALSO A $5 PER DAY LATE FEE FOR ANY ORDER NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF BEING NOTIFIED THAT ORDER IS READY
